Returns

Unused items in their original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact us before sending anything back so we can give you the correct return instructions.

Unless an item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item, return postage is the buyer’s responsibility. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Damage in transit

If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph the outer packaging and the item as soon as you open it, keep all packing materials, and contact us. We will arrange a replacement where possible or a refund.

Cancellations

We can usually cancel an order that has not entered packing or shipped. Once dispatched, the normal return process applies.
